Hello,
We have an inheritance that we believe is coming to me as the result of an inheritance from a grandmother on my fathers side. I was put up for adoption when i was little was adopted and then officially un-adopted and had become a dissolution legally.
I believe that if i had stayed adopted i woudnt be entitled to the inheritance but because of the fact of the disolution ibelieve that Iam entitled to it. is this correct ?
I read some where something that said
After dissolution of adoption, all adoption consequences cease to exist. Rights and obligations resulting from kinship are revived and the adopted should return to his family —
I found my family when i was 16 and lived with my father from 17 to 19 until he passed away .
