attorney complaint

23-May-2008 9:57 PM -- mel

my sister and i are beneficiaries and co-trustees of my mother's trust. do i have cause to file a complaint against the attorney who orignially drew up the trust for my mother (now deceased) Although not retained by my sister, this attorney has contacted me on behalf of my sister to "convey" and "communicate" her belief that I am being uncooperative in the administration of the trust. His tone was beligerant and his manner seemed bullying. His questions seemed inappropriate given he has not been retained by either one of us. (i.e. he asked me where I lived, made several statements and asked me if i agreed/disagreed, asked me if i would be willing to sign an affadavit?)
