Workers injury claim/workers compensation

So I was injured in November of last year. At the time I went to the clinic I had none of the workers comp insurance info because my boss was out and I was off work the few days following. I used one of those days to go to clinic where I was told I had to pay out of pocket. I've been working on getting reimbursed for that visit in which I also had to buy crutches for almost seven months now. My claim representative failed to tell me that she needed the clinic to send a bill to the insurance company until last month and has since told me it has been paid to the clinic but the clinic has no record of it when I call. I just want my almost $200 back. But I have since had to leave the job where this injury happened because my injury still hurts and makes it hard to do that job. I have since found a new one but it doesn't pay as much. I feel like legal fees would be higher than my payout would be. Is it worth looking into having a lawyer persue the case further?

Hi, I'm sorry to hear about your accident. That bill is the responsibility of the workers compensation carrier to pay. Feel free to reach out if you need a free consultation.
