Workers comp insurnace for a cleaning lady twice a month

I rent an apartment and want a cleaning lady to come clean my place for 3 hours every other week. I know that according to MA law, I'm not obligated to have worker's comp insurance for her. However:
1) What are my liabilities if she is injured during work?
2) Can I purchase worker's comp insurance even though I'm not obligated to?
3) Should I insist that the cleaning lady have worker's comp insurance?

I'm not sure what is the proper thing to do if I want to be covered in case of injury of my cleaning lady (or other situations that might occur)

Thanks!
