Rear-end at fault, other party has suspended license

I was recently in a rear-end accident. I was considered at-fault. The driver in front of me neglected to signal, rather slammed on his breaks. As did I, I slid under his jeep. My car is totaled. His has very minor damage. After I picked up the crash report, I noticed the "operator" of the vehicle was incorrect. The listed operator was actually the passenger. I quickly called and spoke to an officer about the faulty information. The officer then found out the person driving had a suspended license. He should not have been on the road, nevermind driving so negligently. I understand that im still at-fault for the accident. Will the fact that he had a suspended license change anything?
