Grandparents Rights to visit grandchildren in MA

I read the law for grandparents visitation rights. Does a grandmother have any rights to see grandchildren whose parents are married and living together? Thank you!

You can follow this link for a discussion of visitation rights of grandparents in Massachusetts.  Unfortunately, as I understand the law, Massachusetts law does not provide a mechanism for grandparents to obtain visitation rights in situations where the parents are alive, living together, and in agreement that the grandparent(s) should not see the child. In such cases, the only way the grandparent(s) can visit the child is if some agreement is reached with the parents.  However, you should discuss your situation with a Massachusetts attorney
