Below is a list of frequently asked questions (FAQ) along with answers about The Forum for Massachusetts Law and how we interact between Lawyers and our readers.
Will my question get published?
Yes, if it contains no inappropriate content or images and has not already been answered on The Forum. Previously answered questions will not be published.
Will an attorney answer my question?
If you look around The Forum, you will see thousands of answers provided by attorneys. However, you have a better chance of getting an answer if you keep it short. State your question clearly with a minimum of background information. No attorney will read (or answer) a thousand word question.
Can I rely on the answers posted by attorneys on The Forum?
You can assume that a licensed attorney will not knowingly post incorrect information on The Forum or any other site. However, the answers are for informational purposes only. The goal is to point the reader in the right direction and to inform him/her of the issues involved with him/her unique situation. From there, the reader should consult an attorney, create an attorney-client relationship, and get advice that is specific to his or her unique situation. Legal issues are rarely clear cut.
