Ending A Condo Lawsuit

Hello Everyone,

I own a Condo in the Western Mass. My Condo Association, more accurately the collection attorney representing the Condo Association has filed a lawsuit against me and my unit for legal fees in amount of $19,000+. I have filed my Answer and Counterclaims (which has been dismissed not on merit but because counterclaims are impermissible under MGL 183A). I am current on all of my regular condo fees, taxes and mortgage. Because of the rule (actually statute) "pay first, protest later". I wish to end this lawsuit and not challenge it any further. I don't have the $19,000. I am not sure if my mortgage will be paying. How can I end this lawsuit?
