I have been work for this company for 16 year and my mother in law
Has been work here for 17. I have been in a supervisor roll for 15 years of the 16 years. My mother in law took the HR position 12 years ago before she took it we looked and ask store manager and market HR and they told us there is NO plolicy about HR and Family working in the same store.. now 12 years later there is a NEW Policy saying HR can not have Family in the same store!
So I am being forced to move to a different store... the new policy of course doesn’t have the date that it was changed... but every time that we get a new store manager or market manager we tell that that we are related and they say it fine... until now
Is this something that I can fight or just leave
