Does father's new marriage nullify pre-existing will?

My father made out his Will, POA and Health Care Proxy in the 1990's and left all of his belongings to me, his only child.
I am also his POA and Health Care Proxy. In 2013, he remarried. He has not redone his Will or POA or HCP. Does hos Will and other directives stand or do things change now that he remarried, even though no changes have been made to his wishes? Thank you!
