Birth control clinic policy

I had a birth control rod placed in my arm at a clinic 3 years ago. It’s time for removal and replacement. I visited where I had it placed and have been given a hard time because I won’t consent to a complete exam including Pap smear, std testing, breast exam, etc. They are refusing to treat me, without the ‘required’ work up.

I’m not sure why I have to go through all this for birth control. They already put me through ridiculous private questions I withstood answering.

Where are my rights to refuse some procedures and still be able to receive birth control???? I asked what does it have to do with my nexplanon rod. I was told, it’s company policy.
