I was in an accident where a tow truck driver rear ended me and totaled my vehicle. the driver admitted to looking down as he accelerated and didnt see me come to a stop to yield to traffic within the rotary. I was forced to purchase a new vehicle within the next week and was required to place a $500 out of pocked as a down payment towards the new vehicle. This set me and my family back and has caused financial distress. Is there a way that I can make the person at fault responsible for the out of pocket expense considering it was his fault?
