My Master Deed states that my unit stops at the lower surface of the roof rafters. It also states that unit owner is responsible for windows. I maintain that a static skylight installed when the condo was built is part of the roof. My Association is saying that it's a window and the leaking issue is my problem. Anyone have any previous dealings like this? Thanks!
