I was charge of ass W/ dangerous weapon. During this time I was not eligable for court appointed attorn. I am on ssi disabled,but my name is on the deed to my home with my X husband. I have 2 children.I also had a jury trial at the time and still now I am on pain meds, depression meds, I was found guilty. I was without representation, is there anything i can do, I had an attorney flie a revise & revoke for the judgment he only filed one of my requests , then later when i asked him if the appeal was coming up he told me that he did not file that i aske d if we could then do it and at that point , informed me that it was to late over the 30 or 90 days is there anything else I can do . (the dangerous wepoun was my dog leashed in my yard, and was said that i deliberatly sent the dog out to atack this peronwhich was a utility worker, that had infoprmed me of a shut off which I am under shut off protection. can someone make sence of this for me and what can I do if anything to get this very serious charge removed.
