If you make a withdrawal from an ATM and the ATM receipt shows a positive balance after the withdrawal, can the bank charge you an insufficient funds fee for that transaction?
The bank I use says they reserve the right to after-the-fact reorder your transactions.
Their brochure also states that you can use your ATM card to check your balance, so wouldn't that situation negate the insufficient funds fee?
