Will I get Additional SSDI Benefits if I Have Children?

Usually, dependent children (up to age 18, who have not graduated from high school) of a disabled parent will receive approximately 50% of the parent's monthly benefit. If you have children, they will split that 50% equally. If you have three children, when one graduates from high school, the remaining two will split the same 50% equally, and so on, until all your children turn 18 or graduate.
