In Massachusetts I can sue any type of medical professional, including nurses, for injuries I suffered at a hospital. Is that right? (Posted by Jingle1 on The Forum.)

Possible defendants in a medical malpractice case can include, among others, the doctors who treated you, the nurses, and the hospital (any person or entity whose negligence contributed to your injury).
