What is the MA law regarding inheritances for a second spouse to a man with adult children and surviving ex-wife? What if he dies intestate ie without a will? Will I get a part of the estate with the balance going to the adult children? What about the house - mortgage in both of our names but title only in his?
What if I die without a will - does he get my full estate and then his adult children? Or will my surviving mother or brother or niece get a portion of my estate?
We still need to do an estate plan but he is dragging his feet and I need to know my rights / issues for concern in the meantime.
