Recently, building mgmt. made some energy/water-saving plumbing changes in the building. Since - my apartment has gone from relatively quiet to now sounding like a pumping station. It appears that whenever someone in nearby apartments flushs/turns on water... I hear water flowing through pipes as loud as if I was actually running/flushing the water in my own bathroom... followed by a booming/vibrating echo as the pipes rattle across my ceiling from the bathroom into the entryway and kitchen.
^I don't think my description really captures how loud things really get.
After mentioning this to the mgmt. -- can I expect any action?
