1. How much should a father (who makes $700 a week) pay all in all which means, not having to pay for a car, books, college tuition, college projects, clothes, medical/dental expenses and etc.
2. In the divorce papers about 10 years ago, it stated that the support ends by the age of 22 or by completion of a bachelor's degree (whichever comes first), does this mean that the father can support only up to 22 years of age?
I'm sorry I sound like a very not-so-good father if only yous guys know what kind of hell (hell like having to go through dealing with such evil ex and such disrespectful child who had wished me death coz she couldn't get her tongue pierced!) I'm going through with this whole thing.

Child support
For question 1, you will have to see the state child support guidelines. There are many, many posts on this forum dealing with question 2. Such as this one dealing with child support and college.
Child and College Expenses
In addition to the information in the links that the editor referred to, the court has the ability to deviate from the child support guidelines. A parent paying for their child's college room and board in addition to tuition is a reason that the court will frequently deviate from the child support guidelines. In order to deviate it is necessary to show the court that your facts and circumstances are compelling enough to warrant a deviation from the guidelines. Child and College Expenses
I do realize that this question is a month old, but I just discovered this site today. I'm having the same issue. My ex is taking me back to court for child support modification and college expenses. Her attorney says there is no precendence for deviating from the child support guidelines to pay for college expenses (my ex makes a lot more than I do). I asked the law library, but they cannot provide any cases. Can you cite a case where a judge has deviated from the child support guidelines to have the father pay college expenses?
Thank you.
