I got a warning for having an expired inspection sticker a while back. Last night I was pulled over for speeding and surprised when the officer asked me what happened when I was pulled over for the expired sticker. I thought warnings didn't go on your record? The office let me off without a ticket. I have a court date in one week where I am fighting a speeding ticket. Will they see that I was pulled over last night for speeding even though I got a warning?

I doubt the subject will come up (unless, perhaps, the warnings and the ticket you are challenging were issued by the same police officer or department). Here is an interesting article in the Boston Globe about this subject.
Warnings
I've seen driving records show warnings. They say "WRN" as the outcome of the traffic violation.
