MA Condo Law - I am a unit owner and Board of Trustee are bunch of crooks with ripping off condo account. I voice my opposition and they do not like me for it. I have been laid with unjustified fines and common assessment.
In which court I should dispute those charges. I know it is out side the jurisdiction of small court and housing court.
Any suggestions. Our condo docs are very generic in nature. Thanks

Regardless of where the condo board chooses to pursue it's legally recognized remedies, in this type of dispute it is best to retain an condominium law attorney ASAP. I have actually been involved in this type of dispute before and, believe me, the fines and penalties and interest can add up very quickly. I know nothing about your situation, and your question does not provide much detail, but I can tell you that condo boards often over-step their powers and, even if they believe they are doing the right thing, mishandle disputes with owners. Talk to a lawyer and let her review the situation and then deal with the board. Good luck.
