I live in a condo with very unbalanced interest percentage resulting the monthly condo fee between $100 and $800. We also have a few affordable units with incredibly low percentage. The high condo fee makes it very hard to sell and value drops quickly according to recent appraisal. The current percentages are based on 2004 value. Now the percentage difference between units are actually closer based on yearly assessed value. Can I request board to adjust interest percentage based on current assessed value?
