Uninhabitable living conditions/breaking lease & getting money back?

I just recently moved into an apartment in Boston. Its a roommate situation and I was in touch with her about it. I did not have any contact with the landlords. It is a "tenancy-at-will" or month to month situation. When I moved in there were some major problems that I was unaware of. The tile in the bathroom floor is all broken and destroyed. The room and apartment were unclean, and there were many centipedes and spiders on the bottom floor and in the bathroom. The backyard is overflowing with trash and debris. There are also other problems such as a cracked ceiling in the bedroom etc. After I moved in my roommate mentioned that she had to call a inspector in on the landlord since they never got back to her for over a month about fixing some of the problems in the house. Apparently there were some issues with mold... which have since been taken care of she says. Well, last night while I was sleeping my bedroom got flooded. About and inch of water or so creeped into the room. My mattress which was on the floor is soaked and I am worried about the damage to the insulation etc. I do not know if this would be classfied as an uninhabitable situation or not. Its a nice space just needs lots of work and I am concerned that the landlords are not very receptive. I do not even have the contact information for the landlords since my roommate that has lived there deals with them. I am just wondering what I should do in this situation?? The landlords were suppose to come fix the tile in the bathroom last week but no showed. So I have been only living there for 5 days and paid the entire months rent and now I have a destroyed mattress and a wet unlivable room. Do I contact the landlords and what if I dont get a response what do I do? Is there a form that I can use to document the different problems that there are with the place since I want to be able to get my deposit back too. Is there someone I can contact to report these conditions to? If so, who? If I want out can I get my money back for rent and the deposit do to this situation?? If so what do I have to do.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
