two warrants from two different courts

Ok, here goes. This whole situation has literally terrified me an has left me completely confused an has completely stopped my life. I was arrested in 2009 for larceny over, after nearly a year it was dismissed. Then i get pulled over for driving uninsured vehicle an given a citation as well as my car impounded. I failed to appear. This was a bad year really caught up in drugs. I get a letter in mail stating I have two warrants, firat for traffic violation second one larceny. If it was dismissed why do I have an outstanding warrant? Few people asked me if i had paid the court appointed attorney, which i didnt nor was I informed at the time. Im on welfare an recently applied for SSDI. Could it be true about not payin attorney? What do i do, which court do i go to first, should i call, could i go to jail, PLEASE WHATS THE WORST THING THAT COULD HAPPEN? The larceny was my first offense. Most think im silly for overeacting. I need to fix this. IM SO ASHAMED MOSTLY. THIS IS REALLY DESTROYING ME. PLEASE HELP ME
