About 6 months ago I signed a one year lease with 3 other people. About a week ago, my boyfriend came to stay with me (I was hoping permenantly), however, I just received a letter from the other tenants in my house saying that they did not approve of him living in the house (no reason was giving as to why) and that if he was still there in 4 days, that he would be considered a trespasser and the proper authorities would be notified.
I was under the impression that if I signed the lease, and he has my permission he is not a trespasser. Could he, in fact, be considered as a trespasser?
Also, how many days could he stay with me at the apartment without it being considered "living" there (because they said they have no problem with visits).
