My neighbors have 5 very tall pine trees that border my property. They are taking over our yard, house and vehicles. They are ruining my garage roof and when it gets to the point where I have to replace it, they will ruin the new one. My yard is so full of pine needles and branches that you can barely see the grass. I have pine needles all through my house and inside our vehicles. We cannot park our cars the way we would like and right now we can't park in our driveway at all because the sap is running and it drips all over our vehicles. I plan on talking to him about them - at one time he was talking about having them taken down but nothing ever came of it. If he refuses to do anything about them, where do I stand?
