Trash removal of large items by landlord?

I rent a room in my house to a roommate who owns her own business. I told her that I would pay for trash disposal/utilities and never expected that she'd be bringing trash home from her place of business for me to dispose of. She not only brings regular trash (that she puts in my town trash bags---although the trash comes from a different town), she also brings very large items back as well...including a freezer, carpets, couches, other large items that require high costs of disposal. She insists that it is my responsibility to dispose of everything because I agreed to pay utilities but isn't she breaking some sort of crime by bringing her business trash to my house for removal?
ps. She does this because she refuses to pay the 50$ month trash disposal fee where she works.

Trash removal

Absurd.  You agreed to be responsible for the disposal of her trash, not her business's trash.  Call the local public works department and they will fill you in on the local ordinances which, in all likelihood, prohibit the disposal of 'imported' trash.

Because you agreed to pay for trash removal, you must pay for REASONABLE trash removal. What this includes is what a reasonable person would consider household garbage. You are not required to remove foreign garbage from outside the premises.
