I have an agreement with an abutter for an easement on my property to allow them access my driveway as long as the husband and wife as tenents by the entirety of (address) do not convey the property. This specifies only the wife and husband to have access. They have recently sold / transferred it to an LLC. They may be behind the LLC but there may be others (children) in addition as owners on the LLC.
Does this conveyance to an LLC terminate our easement agreement? I am hoping that it will terminate it.

It's possible, but in order to get a useful answer to your question you will need to have an attorney who does real estate work take a look at the original easement as well as at the deed to the LLC, which is presumably recorded at the registry of deeds. Good luck.
