I had a chiropractor I went to in my town (in MA) because of an injury I suffered to my back, and I'm now convinced the guy was a quack and just made things worse with his negligence. The pain this guy caused me was unbelievable. (I'm going to another chiropractor now and doing better.) My question is whether this is like a medical malpractice claim so I should find a lawyer who does that kind of work. Any thoughts you have would be helpful. Thanks.

Yes, I would say you want to talk to an attorney who does medical malpractice cases, because many of the issues involved, as well as the relevant law, will be the same. In fact, if you do a little research, you will find that your situation is far from unique and that there are many Massachusetts attorneys who advertise their past success suing chiropractors for negligence and malpractice. Good luck, and I hope your back continues to improve.
