My name is John Rocharz I live in lakeville. My wife, daughter and myself have been displaced from the floods nearly one and a half years ago. I was recently hit with 21 $35.00 overdraft fees in one day by Soverign bank. They would not let me opt out of overdraft protection because I own a small landscape company. Every other bank in the area allows businesses to opt out if the so desire. The Dodd/Frank reform act apparently only applies to consumers, I know people who are protected by this law that make more money themselves in on year than my entire companies gross sales. Please help me and sign this petition. I will be taking this as far as I can go with it! We can make change! Help protect small businesses!
