I'm the executor of my dad's estate and it will be split between me and two siblings evenly. Can I sell his house on my own or do I need to get the court's permission. My brother has been making noise about keeping the house to live in but me and my sister are not interested in that arrangement. Thank you.

Typically, if the Will specifically grants the executor the right to sell the house or other property of the estate without permission from the court, then you can.
