Sealing Criminal Records in MA

MA Criminal Law (Traffic Violations/Defense) Questions and Answers

I am interested in trying to get my Massachusetts criminal record sealed on my own, without an attorney. (Not a major crime, just youthful indiscretion that is messing up my adult life.) Do you know of any useful sites or forms I could review?

Yes, I do. The Massachusetts District Court Department of the Trial Court, has published a very helpful guide, complete with forms. Good luck.
