How do the school zone distances relate to drug manufacture? Consider someone who owns a 20-acre parcel. The front end of the parcel where the house is located is in a school zone. Somewhere on the back end of the parcel, the person has marijuana plants, outside of the school zone. Is this considered manufacturing within the school zone because one part of the parcel is in a school zone, even though the actual "manufacturing" is outside the school zone?
