Hello,
My brother will be selling a manufactured (mobile) home that he purchased from my mother several years ago.
I don't believe he filed a title when he purchased it - is he required to have/file a title in order to now sell it?
Because he didn't file a title - does my mother still own this and would she have to be the one to sell it?
Appreciate any help you can give.
Kathy

Sorry, Kathy, but I just do not know anything about this issue. If you find out how title is transferred with manufactured homes, let us know. Thanks.
