my condo complex has been sold but I have not recieved any info about the sale ie who bought it, where and who to pay condo fees to. Yes we do have a condo assoc and as of yet have not recieved any info from them either. the condo complex were I live also rents half have been sold as condos and half are still renters. I thought by mass law if a condo complex was to be sold the condo assoc was to be notified as are the owners atleast a year to six months prior to sale????
