My roommate I'll call her Andrea is the only person who has people over the house. The roommate on the lease of the apartment I'll call her Jessica, let her move in for free and she has been nothing but trouble since.

Their are three of us living here and I left the house for a couple of days and came back to find that $1,100 worth of valuables were gone. My prized possessions.

Both of them say they don't know what happened. Andrea is the only one who is home all day and night. It would be impossible for someone to be home and take my belongings without their knowledge because it would make a lot of noise and my room is the only room upstairs.

It was also quite apparent that someone had been staying in my room. There were messed up bed sheets and food left behind.

So for sure I know Andrea gave permission to her friends to take my things. Even though she denies, denies, denies.

I have sense moved from the apartment and am staying with family because of this incident.

Question is can I do anything legally, besides file a police report that wont do anything because the only people the police can talk to about this are my roommates and they will deny everything until the end.
