MA Employment Law (Workplace/Coworkers) Questions and Answers

Due to the nature of my profession ( High Pressure Boiler Operation ) I am restricted to the inside of a building per MGL 146 Sec 46 and cannot go out to lunch. I still run into employeers that feel they can dock me for lunch. Is there any law covering this.
