Hello;
We are contemplating opening a business in an apartment bldg. on a busy street whose 1st floor is a commercial space. The landlord tells me that since he's lost two (2) apt. tenants over the past six months, the bank might foreclose on his property. If I sign a multi-year lease before that happens, am I protected against eviction? Thanks, K
