Rembursement for Funeral Expenses

MA Estate Planning Law (Wills/Probate) Questions and Answers

My cousin filed a copy of my fathers 2008 Will and I am in receipt of his 2010 Will. I then filed an objection to the 2008 Will, but I decided that I will not be submitting the 2010 Will or an afterdavid of objections. I would only like to be reimbursed for the funeral expenses that I prepaid out of a joint account that I had with my father. I do not want to ask my cousin directly as it will be a waist of time. Is there a way that I can collect the funeral expense that will not cost me any legal fees?
