MA Bankruptcy Law Questions and Answers

Hello I have had a bankrupcty that is about 7 years old and in the debt the courts allowed me to file my credit card debt that was for me to pay threw the divorce, but was in my exwifes name. so my question is can a probate judge reaffirm a discharge and make me pay this debt that was all ready discharged? its about 20 grand after all the fees attached to the debt that was only 5 grand when it was filed.
