My primary home is in MA and I own a home in Florida that is rented out (to my sister and her family.) If I file for bankruptcy will I lose the Florida home? Which state would I file in?

Your questions makes no sense without reference to the type of bankruptcy you are filing, Chapter 7 or Chapter 13. Read that thread for more information about the different forms of bankruptcy, and this thread for information about where you can file your bankruptcy petition. Good luck.
