Tenants are three months behind on rent. The lease is to a corporation, and guaranteed by two individuals. The notice to quit will be sent out next week via certified mail to corporation and both guarantors.
1. Should the Summary Process Complaint be served just to the Leasee corporation, or to the guarantors as well?
2. Should a separate complaint to recover funds be filed in District Court against the guarantors? If so, should that be post eviction?
