previous tennant abandon his property

MA Landlord and Tenant Law Questions and Answers

My previous tennant moved out after I had to go to court to do so. I have a judgement in my favor. It also stated that he was suppose to be moved out by 7/1. He has abandon his property in my garage stall which he also rented from me. I have an execution order in hand. I have tried to contact him but he refuses to accept my phone calls or text messages. I have tried face to face contact but he flat out lies to me all of the time. Example I'll be there in a half hour, I'll be there in an hour, I'll be there in 45 min ect, ect, ect. what is my next course of action. I cannot find any info about abandon belongings in garage stalls.
