I looks like my husband and I will be getting a divorce. I signed a prenuptial and now wish I had not. Are they enforceable under Massachusetts law? (Posted anonymously on the Forum.)

The answer, of course, depends on the document in question. So, for a truly useful answer, you should have your attorney look it over. Generally, Massachusetts law allows a prenuptial to be enforced if is fair and reasonable (both at the time it was entered and at the time one party attempts to enforce it) and if the parties entered the agreement voluntarily and with full disclosure of facts and finances.
