Hello.
Does child support continue beyond college graduation?
My son is 21 years old and will graduate from college this spring.
He will be going to graduate school right away full time, but will be living independently from the custodial parent in his own apartment.
The divorce agreement states that child support continues until age 23 while the child is a full time student.
Does graduate school qualify as "full time student" while my son is living independently?
Thank you.

You can follow this link to a thread dealing with child support after college. Given the situation you describe, where the child is no longer dependent on the custodial parent and has already completed an undergraduate degree, you may wan to have a Massachusetts divorce attorney look at the documentation and order, clarify your obligations, and file a complaint for modification if necessary. Good luck.
