Physical abuse!

I work in a small dental office where the Dentist is not only the owner but also the one and only boss. He physically grabbed me by my scrubs and moved me out of his way and then did the same thing to other hygienist who was standing next to me. I did confront him immediately to let him know that it was not acceptable to ever touch me and he basically laughed in my face and completely disregarded me. He then proceeded to grab another employee by the shoulder moments later and said “If I do this, it means get out of my way.” We feel very trapped and cornered in this very uncomfortable situation. Please help!
