Payment for criminal fines
Generally, the court will accept a payment plan. Almost every court will tell you it is better to pay even $5/week than to ignore it completely. You may ask the judge for more time to pay your fees and/or do community service to work off some of the fines.
However, If there is an outstanding warrant against you it may be for more than simply money, even if it is only for money and you are on probation and have not been making payments the judge could find you in violation, revoke your probation and send you straight to jail. Without knowing more about your situation it is difficult to predict what will happen. You should seek legal counsel before going in to remove the warrant.
At a minimum, if you owe money to the court, go into court with a large sum of money to pay off or pay down the amount you owe. Or a very good excuse why you can't pay anything.
