My cousin and me were in an accident where he was driving and I was in the front seat. We both got injured and We think the driver of the other car was at fault. My cousin got a lawyer that he likes and I was thinking of using him too. Is that allowed in Massachusetts? Thanks.

It's allowed, but I would not recommend it. The problem is the potential for a conflict of interest. The other party (driver of the second car) may try to show that your cousin, the driver, was partially at fault. In that case, the attorney may be required to withdraw from representing one or both of his clients, leading to confusion and delay while you find a different attorney.
