My brother has been incarcerated since October. He had his Final Revocation Hearing in November and is still waiting on a decision. Is there a time limit that the Parole Board has to follow in order to give decisions to the Parolees?

I have tried calling them multiple times a week and they keep saying that they have not made a decision yet. He has a disabled daughter at home and his wife is about to lose the house since he was the only one working. Any info would be helpful!

Thanks

Sorry about your brother's

Sorry about your brother's situation, but I don't know of any rules that limit the time the Board can take in these matters.
